Foreclosure Properties 

    "Officially FOR SALE"

TWO TYPES are listed on this site:

1. MLS PROPERTIES       YOU WON'T FIND THIS LIST ANYWHERE ELSE!  These are properties that are either bank owned or are in a pre-foreclosure or "short sale" status.  The bank owned properties have already been foreclosed upon and the banks are trying to liquidate their asset.  The "pre-foreclosure" homes are homes that their  owners are trying to "beat the bank" -- that is  sell their home BEFORE the bank takes it.  Both of these options offer potential real estate opportunities.  These MLS properties are sorted by community.  Simply scroll down the Foreclosure Tab and select the community you want.

2.  NON MLS PROPERTIES These properties are currently bank owned.  I have worked out an arrangement to help them liquidate these properties quickly and in turn they are willing to offer substantial discounts from market value.  These properties move very fast so please call soon. Simply scroll down the forclosure tab and click on "NON-MLS properties".
